Reference is made to the announcement dated 25 April 2025.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the shareholders had at the 4th Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 24 June 2025 approved the appointment of Messrs. TGS TW PLT ("TGS TW") in place of the retiring Auditors, Messrs. KPMG PLT. The Company had on 29 April 2025 received the consent to act pursuant to Section 264(5) of the Companies Act 2016 from TGS TW.
