The Board of Directors of the Company is pleased to announce that Steel Hawk Engineering Sdn Bhd ("SHESB"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Steel Hawk, had on 7 April 2025 been awarded a contract from PETRONAS Carigali Sdn Bhd for the Provision of Splash Zone Structural Repair and Maintenance for PETRONAS Carigali Sdn Bhd ("PCSB") (Package A – PMA & Package B – SKA) (“the Contract”).

Subsequently, the Company had on 24th April 2025 obtained consent from PCSB to release the announcement to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad pertaining to the Contract awarded to SHESB.
