| Working experience and occupation | Encik Alias Bin Anuar ("Encik Alias") has been appointed as the Group Chief Operating Officer of Steel Hawk Berhad. He has approximately 30 years experience in the oil and gas industry, including upstream development, offshore construction maintenance, petrochemical and downstream development and higher management position. Encik Alias began his career as a mechanical engineer at Melbourne Metropolitan Board of Works ("MMBW") in January 1990. He left MMBW in August 1990 and joined Sime Sembawang Engineering Sdn Bhd ("SSESB") in January 1991 as a Mechanical Engineer/Project Engineer, responsible for providing mechanical, piping and project engineering support for major fabrication work of offshore oil and gas production facilities. He left SSESB in April 1993. Encik Alias joined Shapadu Abb Gobal Sdn Bhd as a Project Engineer in May 1993. Thereafter, Encik Alias worked for Shapadu Energy and Engineering Sdn Bhd ("SEESB") as a Project/Operation Manager in May 1995. He left SEESB in April 2000. Encik Alias also worked for Ranhill Engineers & Constructors Sdn Bhd as a Senior Construction Manager/Project Manager from May 2000 to July 2005. He was responsible for project management and execution of EPCC contracts. Encik Alias joined PBJV Group Sdn Bhd ("PBJV") as a Senior Operation Manager in September 2005. He was subsequently promoted to several higher managerial roles in PBJV as follows:- (1) Technical Support Service Manager (September 2008 - August 2011); and (2) Vice President of Group Supply Chain, Cost Control, Commercial & Tender Proposal Division (September 2011 - April 2018). |

| In line with the recent appointment of Steel Hawk Engineering Sdn Bhd ("SHESB") as a panel contractor for construction and modification works for Petroliam Nasional Berhad ("PETRONAS") and 27 of its Downstream Operating Plant Units (OPUs) which covers all 5 available regions: East Coast, West Coast, Southern Region, Sarawak and Sabah on 12 November 2024 coupled with the expected expansion of the Steel Hawk Berhad ("Steel Hawk") and its subsidiaries ("Steel Hawk Group" or the "Group")'s business activities in particular on its onshore projects, Steel Hawk Group has undertaken an internal reorganization to expand its key management team, with the appointment/ repositioning of the following individuals with effect from 24 February 2025:- Encik Afizul Bin Md Yusoff is appointed as the new Group Chief Executive Officer and he is responsible for overseeing the Group's overall business performance and direction moving forward. Encik Salimi Bin Khairuddin is redesignated as Executive Director of Steel Hawk. With the appointment of SHESB as a panel contractor by PETRONAS to provide construction and modification works for its onshore OPUs, and the other recent onshore projects secured from customers such as PETRONAS Gas Berhad and PRPC Utilities & Facilities Sdn Bhd, he will focus on overseeing the Group's onshore engineering division (which is on an expansion drive), where he is responsible for managing all aspects of the Group's onshore projects and the engineering design and fabrication of the Group's oilfield equipment. Encik Alias Bin Anuar is appointed as the new Group Chief Operating Officer and he is responsible for the internal operations of all business units within the Group and ensure day to day activities aligns with the strategic direction of the Group. Encik Khairul Nazri Bin Kamarudin is redesignated as the Managing Director of SHESB. He will focus on overseeing the Group's offshore engineering division, which include managing all aspects of the Group's offshore projects and is responsible for work order scheduling as well as facilitating internal and external communications in relation to the Group's offshore projects. The key management reorganisation is necessary to bring in new talent and enhance leadership capabilities within the Group, which aligns with the expansion of the Group's business activities moving forward. |
