Unless stated otherwise, the terms used herein shall carry the same meaning as those defined in the information memorandum of Steel Hawk dated 10 September 2021 ("Information Memorandum").
We refer to the details of the Suit as disclosed in Section 10.3(iii) of the Information Memorandum and the Company's announcement dated 16 November 2021 in relation to the Suit.
The Board of Directors of Steel Hawk wishes to update that Steel Hawk Engineering has been informed by its Solicitors on 7 December 2021 that they have obtained a sealed copy of the Judgment dated 15 November 2021.
Pursuant to the instructions by Steel Hawk Engineering, its Solicitors have proceeded to initiate bankruptcy proceedings against the First Defendant. In this regard, the Solicitors have filed the Request for Issue of Bankruptcy Notice and Bankruptcy Notice both dated 6 December 2021.
