The Board of Directors of the Company is pleased to announce that Steel Hawk Engineering Sdn Bhd ("SHESB"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Steel Hawk, had on 29 January 2026 received letters of award dated 28 January 2026 for four (4) subcontracts from Ibrahim & Sons Engineering Sdn Bhd ("IBSE") ("the Contracts"). The Contracts involve electrical infrastructure works for Tenaga Nasional Berhad, including underground cabling, substations construction and upgrading works, amongst others.

The Company had on 30 January 2026 obtained written consent from IBSE to release the announcement to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad pertaining to the Contracts awarded to SHESB.
