The Board of Directors of the Company is pleased to announce that Steel Hawk Engineering Sdn Bhd ("SHESB"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Steel Hawk, had on 20 January 2026 secured a subcontract for the Procurement, Construction & Commissioning of Fire Rated Doors for Sabah Region from Eternity Mode Sdn Bhd ("the Contract").
Subsequently, the Company had on 21 January 2026 obtained written consent from Eternity Mode Sdn Bhd to release the announcement to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad pertaining to the Contract awarded to SHESB.
