The Board of Directors of the Company is pleased to announce that Steel Hawk Engineering Sdn Bhd ("SHESB"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Steel Hawk, had on 23 October 2025 been awarded eight (8) contracts from Sega Elektrik Sdn. Bhd. ("SESB"), as subcontractor for the installation, testing and commissioning of 415V and below for underground cables, overhead system, jointing & termination and accessories for asset development distribution network division, Tenaga Nasional Berhad ("the Contracts").
Subsequently, the Company had on the same day obtained written consent from SESB to release the announcement to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad pertaining to the Contracts awarded to SHESB.
